Q. I need to speak to someone, I am not always in front of a computer A. We are only one phone call away from 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday. We are also checking for emergencies periodicaly after hours/weekends.
Q. How accurate is the information I get from your website? A. We are using a custom made application especially designed for our industry. The site is updated with the new bookings every two hours. It is as accurate as the crew inform us of their bookings. That is why when a booking is confirmed we always check with the crew on their availability and then confirm back to you.
Q. I don't want my bookings to be on public display. A. You have the choice and you can decide to have it on or not. From our experience, your chances of getting more work increase dramaticaly if your bookings are online. We see more and more clients moving from phone calls to online search and bookings, so you will be missing out. |
